This page describes what the eleven questions store, where the answers are sent and when they are deleted. It covers campusbasecloud.com and the eleven questions — not the Campus Base Cloud software itself, which each school operates on its own account.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, role, institution, country, approximate number of students, email address, optionally phone and website, and your answers to the eleven questions. We do not use tracking scripts, advertising pixels or analytics cookies on this site.

Drafts in your browser

While you fill in the questions, the form automatically saves a draft in this browser's local storage. It stays on this device and is not sent to us until you submit the form. You can remove it at any time with the button below the form or by clearing this site's browser data. When the form is opened again, drafts older than seven days are removed.

Why we collect it

To prepare a conversation about whether Campus Base Cloud fits your school, and to answer you. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box, and our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you started.

Where it goes

Your answers are first stored in a private, web-inaccessible area on our website host and sent to our own mailbox. Forwarding to a customer system is optional and depends on the operating configuration; the chosen system, its location and any processors must be documented before that path is used. Your answers are not sold or used for advertising. Payment processing does not occur here, so no payment data is involved.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records the usual access data (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security and error analysis. These logs are deleted after a short retention period and are not merged with your form answers. To enforce the limit of eight submissions per hour, the form endpoint stores a SHA-256 hash of the IP address with recent timestamps in one of 256 fixed bucket files. Entries older than one hour are ignored and removed when that bucket is next rewritten. If a submission is rejected by the honeypot or timing check, its separate trace contains only the time, technical reason and interface language — no form fields, IP address or user agent.

How long we keep it

As long as the conversation is live, and at most 24 months after our last contact — unless a contract comes out of it, in which case commercial retention rules apply. You can ask us to delete everything sooner, and we will.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, receive a copy in a portable format, or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. One email to hello@campusbasecloud.com is enough. If you are in the EU or the UK, you may also complain to your supervisory authority.

No external resources, no tracking

This site loads nothing from anyone else. No fonts from Google, no analytics and no advertising pixels. We set no tracking cookies, so no cookie banner is needed. The only browser-side storage is the seven-day form draft described above. Everything the page needs comes from campusbasecloud.com, and the browser's own security policy on this site permits nothing else. Your browser therefore never contacts a third party while you read this.
